Overview

Open Agents, then Connectors to set up website providers, reporting, social accounts and other apps. Company connections belong to the selected workspace; private connections are available only to your own projects. Company reporting requires a selected client and reporting access. App connections and their controls require Agents access.

How to use this page

  1. Choose the workspace and category

Confirm the workspace named at the top. Quick start shows Your website, Google Analytics, Social media and Advertising, with their saved connection status. Choose a card or tab, or All other connectors for the full directory. A saved property or connection does not prove that reporting or website tracking works.

  2. Connect your existing website

Open Quick start or Website. Under Start with your website, check Website address and select Confirm website. SalesHive saves the address and checks for a provider. Review the suggested provider, or select Use a different provider and choose the correct one. Expand Review available tools and permissions, then connect through the offered sign-in or API-key form. Enter credentials in the form, never in chat. These website connections are shared with the company. Enable Let agents make changes and the required tools on the connected account only when you want supported edits or publication. For a recognized SalesHive-hosted site, use Open website tools. Continue to Google reporting opens Analytics setup. For custom layouts or code work, expand Connect website code or hosting and choose GitHub code, GitLab code, Vercel hosting, Netlify hosting or SSH server. Connect the account that serves this website. Review its enabled tools, Let agents make changes and, when shown and needed, Allow server commands. Connecting code or hosting does not make every provider's visual editor available.

  3. Connect Analytics and Search Console

Open Analytics. Select Continue with Google when available and approve access using an account that can access your website reports. Sign-in opens setup in Performance. Choose a connected Google account, then the Google Analytics property and Search Console site. You can skip either report, but must choose at least one. Select Open report to save the selection and open Performance. Use Connect another Google account for a different account. Open saved Analytics report opens the saved property without saving form changes. If sign-in is not enabled yet, existing reports remain connected. Website tracking must be installed separately.

  4. Connect social accounts

Open Social and select the provider Connect button. Complete sign-in, then check Connected accounts and use Refresh when needed. These company accounts are shared within this workspace. The Connectors tab manages connections; open Agents, Websites, open the website, then Performance, Social for recent posts and the Test post composer. Publish now on that page sends a real post.

  5. Connect advertising

Open Advertising. For Google Ads, enter the customer ID and a manager ID only when needed, then Connect Google Ads. OpenAI advertising management uses the Advertising account ID and Management API key with Connect account. Its separate measurement card uses the Pixel ID and Conversions API key with Save OpenAI Ads. Saved keys are not displayed again. Use View performance for the company dashboard.

  6. Control agent access

For configured company reporting services, use Agent access: On or Off when you have permission to manage company connections. Turning it off stops agent use of that service while keeping the reporting connection available. Configuration changes and social publishing retain their existing approval requirements. For app accounts, open the account to review Agents can use it, Let agents make changes, individual tools and triggers. New Calendly connections turn Let agents make changes on automatically. Review this switch after connecting and turn it off if you want read-only access. Other new app connections start with changes off. Paid lookups that spend the app's credits or API units are listed under Make changes, so they also need Let agents make changes. Reconnecting an existing account preserves its saved permissions.

  7. Find other apps

Open All connectors. Use Find an app or trigger, Category, and All, With triggers or Connected to narrow the directory. Expand an app to review Read data, Make changes and Project triggers where available. Choose the private or company destination when offered, then complete its connection form. When you connect Calendly for the company, review the automatic setup result beneath the connection controls. SalesHive links eligible existing calendars with matching saved event links and meeting lengths and checks availability for the next seven days. A scheduling manager's connection covers the company's calendars. Without that access, only calendars whose meeting owner matches your sign-in email are linked, and shared event types such as collective or round robin need a manager. Review calendars needing attention in Scheduling. A connected account can remain saved even if calendar setup is incomplete; do not paste the token again for that reason. New calendars still need a meeting type. Existing booking pauses, client defaults and campaign assignments stay unchanged; no meeting is submitted during this check.

What the buttons do

Quick start / Website / Analytics / Social / Advertising / Google Workspace / All connectors
Switches the setup category.
Confirm website / Check again
Saves the public website address and checks which provider it uses. Checking website... appears while the check runs. Saving an address does not connect a provider account.
Use a different provider / Website provider
Replaces the suggested provider with a manual choice. The provider picker also appears when automatic detection cannot identify one provider.
Open website tools / Continue to Google reporting
Open website tools appears for a recognized SalesHive-hosted site and opens its SEO tools. Continue to Google reporting opens Analytics setup.
Reload saved settings
Reloads the page after a website setup error. Use it if someone changed the saved website while you were working.
Save connections
When the simpler Website URL form appears instead of guided setup, saves that public website address.
Continue with Google / Connect another Google account / Open report
Continue with Google starts sign-in when enabled. Connect another Google account starts an additional sign-in. Open report saves your selected reports and opens Performance. Opening your report... appears while saving and navigating. Failed verification leaves the saved selection unchanged.
Agent access: On / Off
Allows or stops agent use of a configured company service without disconnecting reporting.
Open saved Analytics report / View performance / View social activity
Opens Performance for the selected workspace. Advertising opens its Advertising tab; View social activity opens Social. Open saved Analytics report uses the saved property without saving form changes.
Open Websites
Opens the hosted website tools under Agents, Websites. Campaign Landing Pages is under Tools.
Connect website code or hosting / Website code or hosting provider
Expands repository and hosting setup after the website check. Choose GitHub code, GitLab code, Vercel hosting, Netlify hosting or SSH server, then review and connect that account.

Common questions

No. Keep your existing website and connect a supported provider. SalesHive-hosted content is under Agents, Websites.
No. Expand Review available tools and permissions for the connected account's limits. Supported WordPress block themes can expose shared templates, headers, footers, navigation and styles. Wix sign-in supports blog editing; its API-key connection also supports user-created CMS items for dynamic pages. Wix static layouts still require its editor. Squarespace supports commerce content, and Unbounce reads page information and leads. Code changes need the matching repository or hosting connection and its permissions.
No. Company reporting access and approval for changes are separate. App accounts also have their own tools and change permissions.
Select a client workspace and check that you have reporting access. Personal-only mode does not load company reporting. Google report setup and company agent-access changes also require permission to manage that company’s connectors. Guided website setup requires a selected company, reporting access and Agents access; confirming its address also requires permission to manage that company’s connectors.
Use Try again after a load error. If offered, use Reconnect Google, Reconnect this account or Resume Google connection. Reconnecting the account linked to a saved Analytics property returns directly to its report; other accounts open setup. An incomplete sign-in shows a message in Performance. Open Connect Google Analytics to try setup again. Check that the account has access to the desired property or site. If settings changed during the check, reload before saving. Failed verification leaves the saved reporting selection unchanged.
The confirmed website stays saved even if the check fails, finds several platforms or does not recognize one. Choose the provider if you know it, or use Continue to Google reporting and return to website editing later. A detected provider is a suggestion, not a connected account or proof that editing is available.
